At Mpheno Healthcare Private Limited, patient safety and product quality are our top priorities. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, returns are governed by strict regulatory and safety guidelines.

Return Process

Mpheno Healthcare Private Limited does not directly accept product returns from end customers. All return requests must be initiated with the authorized distributor or retailer from whom the product was purchased.

Eligible Return Conditions

Returns may be considered by the distributor, subject to their policy, in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defects confirmed by quality inspection
  • Products damaged during transportation
  • Incorrect product supplied
  • Expired or short-expiry products, as per distributor agreement
Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory compliance, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used pharmaceutical products
  • Products with tampered packaging
  • Returns requested without valid proof of purchase
Quality & Compliance

All approved returns are subject to quality checks and applicable pharmaceutical regulations. Mpheno Healthcare Private Limited reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet regulatory or safety requirements.
